- To collect on behalf of someone else, you must have the order confirmation email printed or displayed on your phone. You must also have a valid form of I.D, for example, a driver’s license or a passport.
For any reason, if you arrive and don’t have these documents we can then contact the customer who placed the order to confirm they are happy for the goods to be released.
