Mixing & Application
To ensure optimal results when applying UltraScape Flowpoint Smooth Grout, follow these essential steps:
1. Joint Preparation: Prior to jointing, verify that all joints are clear of debris and eliminate any standing water.
2. Surface Pre-soaking: Pre-soak the paving surface and joints to keep them wet throughout the jointing process.
3. Mixing the Grout: For a 25kg bag, combine with 4.25 litres of water. Mix thoroughly for 3 to 5 minutes until a smooth, lump-free consistency is achieved.
4. Immediate Application: Apply the grout immediately after mixing. Avoid storing liquid mortar, except during transit from the mixer.
5. Filling the Joints: Use a suitable rubber squeegee to force the mortar into the joints. Continuously move the mortar over the surface to refill any joints that may have settled after initial placement.
6. Excess Mortar Removal: Use the rubber squeegee to remove excess grout from the surface, ensuring minimal residue remains.
7. Maintaining Moisture: Keep the surface moist throughout the process by lightly spraying with water.

Grout coverage is influenced by tile size, joint width, depth, and the Grout Coverage Figure. For UltraScape Flowpoint Smooth Grout, this figure is 2.25. To estimate the grout requirements for square or rectangular tiles, follow these steps (all measurements should be in mm):
1. Add the length and width of the tile.
2. Multiply the sum by the joint width.
3. Multiply that result by the joint depth.
4. Multiply the resulting value by the Grout Coverage Figure (2.25).
5. Divide the product by the tile length.
6. Divide the result by the tile width.
Following these steps will provide the material requirement in kg per square meter.
Example:
For tiles measuring 900mm x 600mm x 20mm with 5mm joints, the calculation would be:
(1500 x 5 x 20 x 2.25) ÷ 900 ÷ 600 = 0.625kg/m².
This implies that one 25kg bag of UltraScape Flowpoint Smooth Grout can cover up to 40m² of tiling. Note that these calculations may vary based on the dimensions of the joints.

Parcel Delivery
Orders weighing less than 30kg will be sent via a trusted third-party courier service. The price for a parcel under 30kg is £14.40 (2-3 days) and £15.99 (next day).
