The oatmeal tones bring a soft, welcoming brightness, while the greys and ambers add rich, understated contrast. Together, these shades blend seamlessly, creating a harmonious effect that complements traditional and rustic settings alike.
Ideal for patios, garden paths, pool and fire pit areas, Tudeley Limestone Paving provides a lasting sense of elegance, merging natural beauty with enduring durability.
Introduction to Limestone
Limestone is a sedimentary rock that forms over millions of years through the gradual accumulation and compaction of both organic materials, like shells, coral, and plant debris, as well as inorganic materials, such as sand, silt, and mud. This long process of formation results in a rock composed primarily of calcium carbonate, which gives limestone its unique range of colours, textures, and natural beauty. The composition of limestone can vary depending on the environment in which it forms, leading to a wide variety of appearances, from light, pale tones to deeper, richer hues. Over time, the mineral-rich layers create natural patterns and fossil impressions, adding to its aesthetic appeal.
Our Tudeley Limestone is responsibly sourced from the Telangana region in India.
